    In a video description, a class handout, an email, or a group post. Drivers who click it get the discount automatically.

  4. Get paid

    Commission is recorded once payment clears. Request a payout whenever your balance is worth transferring.

The rules, in plain terms

  • Do not promise anyone a job. We sell resumes, not employment, and neither of us can guarantee an outcome.
  • Do not bid on our brand name in paid search.
  • Do not send unsolicited bulk email. Your own list is fine; a purchased one is not.
  • Do not misrepresent what the product does. It writes a resume from what a driver tells us — nothing more, nothing less.
  • Commission on a refunded or charged-back order is reversed.
  • We can close a code that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.

What does the driver get?

A discount on their purchase, applied automatically when they arrive through your link. They do not need to remember or type a code.

When and how am I paid?

Commission is recorded once a payment actually clears. Payouts are made manually on request once your balance is meaningful. Refunded orders have their commission reversed.

Do I need an account to have a referral link?

Every driver with a CDLResume account already has one — it is on your account page. The application form here is for partners who want a branded code and a higher commission rate.

How is a referral tracked?

Your code is stored on the visitor’s session the first time they arrive, and it survives the whole journey including the trip through the payment page. First touch wins, so you keep credit even if they come back later directly.

Can I advertise on paid search using your brand name?

No. Bidding on "CDLResume" or close variants competes with our own advertising and is not permitted. Content, email, social and organic traffic are all welcome.
